A Pair of New Chassis Join the Race

This month's update features two new chassis for your racing pleasure: The Bold Rambler and the MHI Yosei!

While these two have not been implemented in the character builder yet, their systems are ready to be used for anyone making their sheets by hand.

The Bold Rambler

“Classic Style with Modern Power.”

The Bold Rambler is a muscle car’s muscle car. Building on the style of Bold’s original line-up with all the modern trim and technology that has allowed them to maintain their position as the makers of the world’s toughest vehicles, the Rambler is a beefy but stylish car that can take whatever the road throws at it and push through to the other side.

MHI Yosei

“Always On Time.”

This urban delivery truck might look comically small to the casual observer, but it is not to be underestimated. Though it lacks the high-tech steering miracles of its brethren, the fact that everything about the Yosei is designed to safely haul goods from distributors to stores through the densely populated start-stop traffic of city streets makes it a surprisingly good race vehicle.

General Maintenance

In other news, there's been a major changes under the hood of the system, as well as a couple of smaller ones to streamline things.

• Engines now provide a single bonus instead of giving both a Rev and Choke score
  • All actions and modifiers that referred to a Rev or Choke score have been modified to account for this
  • If you spot something that still refers to a Rev or Choke score, please let us know!
• The Ease Off action no longer affects Heat
• Limited now appears the same on all parts
• General formatting changes, phrasing clarifications, and spelling corrections
